Lil Wayne’s mother, Jacita Carter, married her long time partner Avery Goff in April of this year at the Royal Palms in New Orleans and the pictures have hit the net. Birdman, Slim, Lloyd, DJ Scoob Doo, Mack Maine and a host of others were in attendance at what looks like a really nice ceremony.
