How did you get Started: Allow me to introduce you to MsMarjorie, Haitian American heritage born and raised in New Jersey.

 

 The youngest of 10 children, MsMarjorie relocated with her family to Rhode Island in 1990.

MsMarjorie has been singing since the tender age of 13 and has gone professional for seven consecutive years.

A well-rounded, experienced, professional R&B artist straight out of Rhode Island, Ms Marjorie’s musical resume is encompassed by artist show cases, album releases, fashion shows, fundraising events.

She has opened up for major artists like Pappose, Mr. Cheeks, and Capone & Noriega to name a few.

MsMarjorie started as a regular performer at the Black Rep (Exodus Cafe) Open Mic Night every Monday for several years and went on to performing at more prominent venues.

MsMarjorie has done over 50 plus collaborations throughout the New England area.

Influenced by the music she grew up on but real hip-hop is what molds her into the talented artist that she is today.

MsMarjorie’s talent surpasses performance alone. She is a talented writer as well. Her first hit single “Do Me” has gotten great reviews and has also been in rotation in several radio

stations across countries.

In studios she is beyond professional and gets the job done with passion. Her familiarity within all areas of music allows her to add the right touch to the right track.

Her drive, her experience along with her vocal, dancing and singing abilities will undoubtedly place her under the projectors of the most world’s famous theaters.

She, definitely, has what it takes to become America’s next hip-hop and R&B superstar.

What are your Goals as an Artist: I want to inspire young girls and women all over the world. I want to achieve things that noone has and make a difference.

What kind of energy you think you can bring to the music industry: I bring back that R&B Soul that we use to have in the 90′s. MC’s need that women on their hooks like we use to have.

What would you like to say to your Fans or Viewers:

You can be and do what ever you want. Dedication is the key to seeing success. No matter what you go through in life, you can overcome them. I know because I have been through many adversities and I too have overcame everyone.
